Youth and Family Stories: Trauma Informed Care

NFD Co-Chairs Sharon LeGore and Shannon CrossBear were among many people interviewed Trauma Informed Care

regarding the trauma families face dealing with a loved one’s co-occurring mental health and substance abuse issues. As those of us who have been through the addiction of a loved one know, trauma not only affects our loved one, but sibling, grandparents, spouses and ourselves. This is a great educational resource.
